How to Quickly & Easily Increase Your Facebook Likes

Do you ever feel frustrated that your Facebook page numbers aren't growing?


Without an audience it can be difficult to grow your business and have more people saw your awesome content you're spending so much time & energy on.


Growing your Facebook page following is important to be doing constantly because it brings in fresh new hot people everyday into your community who you can share your business with, get more sales and grow a community.


Inside this blog post I'm going to be sharing with you 3 of my biggest tips you can start doing immediately to get quality Likes of people ready who are interested in your product/service and 1 is a faster way if you're just starting out or needing a boost of new people.


Increasing your Facebook Likes on your business page can be difficult and can take a long time when you’re not sure what to do.


A lot of people will just use their personal profile as it's easier.


But you are missing out on some key strategies and tools that will help you for the long term.


Business pages have really useful insights such as:-


  • Knowing who your audience is
  • What content they like
  • When they’re online

You are also unlimited to how many Likes you can have, which means you can create a HUGE following and get more eyeballs on your offers.


Personal pages are limited to 5000 friends, so you can only have people follow you afterwards but you are then limiting yourself and your business.


Imagine having 10,000 people or more wanting to connect with you but you’re limited?


Problem with growing your Facebook business organically


When you leave it to “mother nature” of the Facebook world to grow your page, it can take forever.


If you're expecting people to just miraculously find you and Like your page in the floods, then sorry to say - but you're dreaming!


It can be frustrating and you feel like you’re wasting your time sharing content but without a solid audience


Or they may not even see your content.


Mistakes I've made before when trying to grow my page:-


  • Like ladders - where you share your link and everyone Likes each other’s pages
    • Unless they're in your niche and interested in your business, then I'd steer clear.
    • You can end up with “dead” Likes as unless those new people are interested in what you have to talk about and share, they’re pointless numbers to have.
    • You could end with meat lovers Liking your Vegan page!


Facebook will actually penalise you if people aren’t interacting


You’re better off having less numbers, but of the right people, than hundreds or thousands of unlikely followers.


Growing your audience with the right people is crucial to a long standing and successful business page on Facebook, as they’re more likely to:-


  • Interact
  • Like
  • Comment
  • Share your content


You can build a community of people to share your products or services with.

1. Inviting Your Facebook Friends


Usually when people first create their business page, they have no-one except their family and friends to invite.


Now this one comes with some serious caveats, to help you have interested people and not just go for vanity metrics.


If you're just getting off the starting mark and you want to launch your new business or your new business page, then your current network can be a great place to start.


Yet one big mistake I see most people make is they just click on the 'Invite ALL' button and it goes out to everyone.


You might think this is simple and easy but here's the thing...


Not everyone is going to be your target market or a prospective customer.


So be careful when inviting your "friends" on your Facebook personal profile.


You can invite people individually, just ask yourself, are they someone who might be interested in what you do?


I get so many invitations for pages but if it's a local business the other side of the country, but sorry mate, I'm not your person so not much point.


Or you get people inviting you to their friend's page but I don't have an interest in pottery class so in my eyes its just a waste of time!


Now, you never know, but what I would recommend instead is going through individually and ask if they might be someone who might be interested.


It will depend on the type of business or if it's local or not.


Another step you can do is to send a personal invite...


Meaning message them and ASK them if they'd be interested in supporting you.


What you don't want is a load of people who are following your page who have no intention of properly following or engaging with you.


And as mentioned earlier, it can actually damage the success of your page and how much Facebook show it to people if you've got a load of people who aren't engaging.


So use this one with caution and think about it before hitting that invite all.

2. Inviting Your Hot Audience



This is one of my faves to do because it is not only free but it's also effective.


The cool thing that Facebook does for us is they tell us who HASN'T liked our pages.


So for every post you post, if someone engages with it, meaning left a Reaction (like, sad, laugh face etc) or Commented, you can then invite them to Like your page.


This is a great way to get people who respond to your stuff and for free.


Facebook notify you if someone has liked your post and they don't like your page, so you can simply click on the notification and invite away.

Super simple and easy.


You can do this for any post whether it's a Facebook Live, a written post or even an ad.


If you have an engagement post running which encourages just what you want - engagement...


This this can be a great way to get targeted people who have engaged with you to start following your page.


3. Creating a Specific Likes Campaign



This strategy is in my opinion the best way to get started and to use.


This is how I grew my page to 7000 in a few short years.


People that I KNEW were interested in what I did and was teaching about.


This specific campaign is a paid ad that you can with the Facebook advertising platform.


Known as a Likes campaign.


Using Facebook's awesome targeting abilities, you can be super specific about exactly who you want to show your post to.


It's not like putting an ad in a newspaper or a business card up in the post office!


This is ONLY going to your target audience you choose.


For as little as a few pounds a day, you can grow your audience really easily and with quality over quantity.


You're getting THEM to qualify themselves to being interested in you and what you have to share, and for the lowest cost possible.


By qualifying themselves, means they are actively holding their hand up to wanting to know more. Once you have your qualified New Likes, you’ll be able to share your relevant content, make offers to your products/services and in return, make new leads and sales regularly.


How do you do this?


Once you set up your campaign in Facebook Ads Manager, you then create a short and sweet post to the point highlighting what you do, who you help and what you'll help them with.


You'll want to be super specific and talk your industry language, speak to their pains and problems that you know they will want help with.


Here's a few examples of previous Likes Campaigns I've run in the past.

This 3rd one was a video that I recently tested to see how it worked. Videos are awesome and it worked quite well and allowed me to get more of my message of what I do without having lots of text.

As you can see, they are very short copy because you want them to get to the point quickly so they can just hit that LIKE button and carry on.


Ideally you want your text to fit in the view they see on a mobile and not spill over where it says "See More..."


These campaigns are really effective and gets you to test different audiences, different creatives to see what they respond to and make them work more effectively for your money.


You might start with #1 and work your way up to #3 or mix and match for whatever works for you.


There's no better one, I use #2 and #3 the most.


If I do make new friends in my network and in my industry, I do invite them to like my page so I use all 3 but mostly #2 is my fave and combined with #3 if I'm evolving or wanting to expand my audience.


Play about with all of them yourself and see what works for you.


Now you have some easy ways to grow your Facebook Likes, then comes the fun bit of providing content and building more trust and authority with them to help you have more influence.
